In this live, interactive course, you’ll join an intimate group to learn how to navigate the complexities of grief—both for your loved ones and yourself. Over six weeks, we’ll explore proven methods, build a deeper understanding of grief, and uncover your unique style of support. About Your Host

Hi, I’m James, The Turbulence Coach. Over the past 26 years, I’ve walked through my own experiences of grief, as well as supported countless others. My passion lies in transforming life’s painful transitions into opportunities for connection, growth, and meaning. In this course, I’ll guide you with empathy, actionable tools, and the shared wisdom of our group. Together, we’ll build a community of supporters who are ready to show up and make a difference.
